By accessing and using the caudara.app site you accept these Terms of use. If you do not agree, we ask that you not use the site.

1. Purpose of the site

caudara.app is the Caudara site, an iPhone app for monitoring personal cash flow available on the App Store. The site lets you learn about the product and download it.

2. Waitlist — closed

The waitlist was closed on the app's launch date. The email-capture form has been removed from this site; no new registrations are accepted. Emails collected prior to that date are processed and retained in accordance with the Privacy Notice (sections 3 and 9).

Caudara is now available on the App Store.

3. Intellectual property

The Caudara brand, the logo, the texts and other content of this site are the property of Ricardo David Martínez Hernández or are used with authorization. Their reproduction or use without prior written consent is not permitted.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to breach its security, interfere with its operation, or misuse the forms.

5. No warranties

The site is offered "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. The information about Caudara is general in nature and does not constitute financial advice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ricardo David Martínez Hernández shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with their update date.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Saltillo, Coahuila, waiving any other jurisdiction.
